Basic Skills Toolbox

Often government forms and applications are available exclusively on the Internet, therefore citizens are required to use a computer to
access these government services. At the library, we offer free access to the Internet and help residents find the government information
and services they need. Some library customers are not familiar with navigating online forms, so Pasco County Library System developed a
Basic Skills Toolbox. In the Basic Skills Toolbox there are tools to help residents acquire the computer skills they need to complete online
forms and applications. Tools include instructional videos about how to navigate forms, a mouse tutorial, and access to several basic
computer skills tutorials. This is part of Pasco County Library System's ongoing effort to provide both Pasco County citizens and librarians
easy access to government information, programs, and services.
