LIBRARY VOLUNTEERS share their time and talents in many ways. Whether you are interested in working with the public or behind the scenes, by making a weekly commitment or working on a short-term project, we have a number of positions to choose from. All "hired" applicants will be fully trained. We hope to help you acquire new skills, work experience, and to feel appreciated for the contributions you make.

If you wish to volunteer, simply choose an area of interest and complete an application. A library staff member will contact you to arrange an interview. All volunteers 18 years and older must consent to a background check*. You can generally expect to hear back from library staff within 5 business days of submitting your application.
