Glazer Children's Museum Pass FAQ

What’s changing with the Glazer Children’s Museum Pass?

We’ve added more passes, which means shorter wait times and more opportunities for patrons to visit! To help manage the increased availability and satisfy the Glazer Children’s Museum program requirements, holds for these passes will now need to be picked up at the exact library the patron indicates when they place the hold.

How do I request a Glazer Children’s Museum Pass?

An adult patron with a full-access library card can call or visit any library location to request a pass. At this time, Glazer Children’s Museum passes cannot be placed on hold online.

Please note that while Zephyrhills Public Library is not directly participating in this program as a pickup location, Zephyrhills patrons are welcome to designate any Pasco County branch as the pickup location they intend to use. Then they must visit that pickup location to check out the Glazer Children’s Museum Pass.

Do I have to pick up the pass at a specific library?

Yes. No matter where you place your request, you must pick up the pass from the branch you chose as the pickup location for that pass

How do I use the Glazer Children’s Museum Pass?
