Glazer Children's Museum Pass FAQ

What’s changing with the Glazer Children’s Museum Pass?

We’ve added more passes, which means shorter wait times and more opportunities for patrons to visit! To help manage the increased availability and satisfy the Glazer Children’s Museum program requirements, holds for these passes now need to be requested directly through your home library.

What happens to existing holds?

If you placed a hold before this change, you don’t need to take any action. Existing holds will be automatically transferred to the museum pass at your home library, in the order they were originally placed. Once your hold is ready, you’ll be notified as usual with pickup instructions from your home library.

What is my home library?

Your home library is the Pasco County Library location you most frequently visit. You can check your account online to see which location is set as your home library. If you need to update your home library, view your account preferences and select your new preferred library from the drop-down menu.

How do I request a Glazer Children’s Museum Pass?

You can call or visit your home library location to request a pass. At this time, Glazer Children’s Museum passes cannot be placed on hold online.

Please note that while Zephyrhills Public Library is not directly participating in this program, Zephyrhills patrons are welcome to call or visit a nearby Pasco County library location to check out a Glazer Children’s Museum Pass.

Do I have to pick up the pass at a specific library?

Yes. You must request the pass for your home library and check out the pass from that same location.

How do I use the Glazer Children’s Museum Pass?

  • The pass is good for one visit and admits up to four people, including at least one adult and one child
  • Bring your library checkout receipt (this is your admission ticket) and a photo ID
  • The library cardholder who requested the pass must be present at the museum. The cardholder’s name appears on the receipt and will be verified with a photo ID by the Glazer Children’s Museum at admission.
  • Admission must be used within 7 days of checking out from the library.
  • Visits are subject to the museum’s hours, blackout dates, and special event restrictions.
