What is ILL?
InterLibrary Loan is a service of State Library and Archives of Florida provided statewide to all library locations. Libraries borrow and lend materials to one another for items not owned by the requesting patron’s library.
Navigator allows patrons to place a request for an item not owned by their library, if it meets the requirements listed below. Request processing and shipping takes 2-6 weeks. Fees apply for unreturned items.

As of November, 2015, patrons no longer need to use the Koha Purchasing Suggestion to request books.
To place a request:

To be sure the book is not owned by us.

Follow these requirements:
Use only FLORIDA libraries
Up to 10 requests
Only books published more than 12 months ago
No electronic content -•• DVD, CD, PDA, Ebook, Audiotapes, etc.
Check-out period is 21 days; no renewals
All labels/inserts must remain with the books
RETURN material ONLY to a Pasco County Library Cooperative branch

Use Navigator to place your request:
Go to Navigator to SEARCH for the book

Enter the book title

If book form is available, click on the title in the list given

Click [REQUEST ITEM] button

Select Pasco County Library

Enter your username(library card #) & password (last name in capital letters)

Choose the branch where you would like to pick up the book

Enter your email address to receive ILL-related notices

Click [CONTINUE] button to place your request.

Confirmation request # will be given onscreen.

You will be notified when the book arrives. If not picked up within 7 days, it will be shipped back.

To check your request:
Go to Navigator to SEARCH for your request
In the upper-left corner, place the mouse over ‘Florida Navigator Libraries’ > then click ‘My Requests’ Select Pasco County Library, [Continue]
Enter your username (library card #) and password
Your request(s) will show the status on the very next screen
